Wyoming, sellers, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND[~OT.10ODOL~'LARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations paid them by Kirk L. Sessions and Elise
L. Sessions, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, of 697 Iron
Mountain Road, Canton, GA 30115, buyers, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, sell, transfer, and convey to buyers the following property: two (2) 1/4 mile wheel-
move sprinkler lines and three (3) 1/4 mile hand-move sprinkler lines.
Buyers shall have all rights and title to the goods in themselves and their
successors and assigns.
Sellers are the lawful owners of the goods and the goods are free from all
encumbrances. Sellers have good right to sell the goods and will warrant and defend the
right against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, sellers have executed this Bill of Sale as of the 19th day
of January, 1996.
