consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ALAN
B. ERICKSON and SHERI S. ERICKSON, husband and wife, Tenants by the Entireties, grantees,
their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as they may have or ought to have, in or to the following described real estate situate in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming.
An undivided 1/2 interest as tenants in common with Grantors to the property described
in Exhibit "1".
Together with all water rights, mineral rights~ improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
