Section 33: Part of the SE1/4SE1/4, described as follows: Beginning at the
Southeast Corner of the SE1/4SE1/4 and running thence west 1039 feet along the south
line of said quarter section line; thence North ]320 feet; thence East 1039 feet;
thence south 1320 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 31.5 acres more or
less.
Together with a right of way easement for ~ng~ess. ugress and utilities over, across

the west boundary of above described land.
