Deed is described as follows:
Grantor GORDON & MARSHA HERZOG, date of Deed of Trust and/or Mortgage dated JUNE
28TH, 2004, recorded on AUGUST 29TH, 2004 in Book 560 and page 00271 as 900590.
Together with the notes therein described, and the money due and to become due
thereon, including interest, attorney's fees and charges.

legal owner of said Mortgage and the note secured thereby has full right, power and
authority to transfer and assign Said Mortgage Deed and the note secured thereby.
