and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 3 of Westview Village Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Warranty Deed recorded July 9, 2004
in Book 561PR on page 393 of the records of the l Jncoln County Clerk to correct
the name of the Grantor; the acknowldgement and to terminate the homestead
rights of the Grantor.
