KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fica Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
T WAYNE STUBBS, LISA M STUBBS
to COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC bearing date 04/22/2004, recorded 04/28/2004 in Official
Records Book 553, Page 612, Document No. 898852 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $85,311.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHERE()F the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 01 day of October, 2004.
