On the 22nd Day of February% 1993, LONGV]EW RANCH INC., a Wyoming Corporation
sol. ely owned by D.C. Krautter and Jean M. Krautter of Alpine, Wyoming, did
GRANT the fo]lowing described Right-of-Way Road Easements, for the purpose of
Access and Egress, to all. Lot and Property Owners located in the Longview
Ranch Subdivision; saj. d Subdivision being twenty-six (26) Lots consisting of
32.713 acres located in the West 750 feet of the NW~ of Section 15, T36N,
Rl19w, Lincoln County, Wyoming:
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT NUMBER 1 - A tract of ]and ~O feet wide and 1900 feet
long and described herein as being "Tl~e East thirty (30) feet adjacent
the above described LongvJ ew Ranch SubdivJ sion."
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASE~NT NUSIBER 2 - Beginning at a point on the South Boundary
of the NW~ of Section 15, T36N, Rll9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming where is
found a BLM Type Brass Cap Survey Monument inscribed by Pe/LS 351~, said
point being located South 89"58'30'' East a distance of 750 feet from the
West Quarter Section Corner of Section ]5; and running thence S.89'58'30"E,
686.28 feet to a Survey Point; Thence NO9~7'Sq"E, 173. ~1 feet to a Survey
Point; Thence N 55'55'38" E, 567.29 feet to a Survey Point; Thence
S 8~"09'11" E, 396.10 feet to a Survey Point on the Westerly Right-of-Way
Line of Highway U.S. 89; Thence Norther]y, along said Right-of-Way Line,
1OO.32 feet along a curve %o ihe ]eft with a radius of 5679.58 feet
through a central angle of 1000'~3'' to a Survey Point ; Thence N
q16.~8 feet to a Survey Point; Thence S 56"09'57'' W, 618.16 fee% to a
Survey Point~ Thence S 65"2lt'05'' W, 68~.OO feet to a Survey Point~ Thence
S 00"32'00" E, 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Enclosing an area
~.189 acres, more or ]ess, located entire~y within the south half of the
~¢% of Section 15.

The above described easements were previous]~ recorded on the 25th day of
February, 199~ in the off~ce of the Lincoln County Clerk, gemmerer, ~yoming~
as Recording Number 761107 in Book ~25 PR, Page 70; sa~d easements are for
the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, and assigns,
and are to be perpetual, superior and paramount to the rights of any of the
individual parties hereto in the respective servient estates so created and
are covenants running with the ]and; it being also understood that said
easements are to be for the singular purpose of ingress and egress only, and
that no signs of any kind will be al. lowed except those signs that from time
to time will be placed within the easements hy any one of the undersigned.
