Comes now the BOYD L. EDDINS AND JANE P. EDD NS REVOCABLE TRUST dated 21
July 1997 acting through its trustees, Boyd L. Eddins and .l:me ?. Eddins, who being duly sworn
on oath, according tO law, do hereby make the following 8tatcmcnt of facts and affirm:
1. That the Trust is the owner of the following described lands:
Lot 5 of the Haderlie Second Addition to the Town ot' Alton, of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 18-E encmnpassmg an area of 10.00 acres, more
or less.
b. Lot 102 of the Flying "E" Addition to the Town o1' Al'ton, of record in said Office as Plat
No. 18-D encompassing an area of 10.01 acres, more or less.
2. It is desired to vacate these lots leaving, however, all o1' the lands within the incorporated
limits of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. That said lots of said Plats are hereby vacated in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2003,
as amended, Section 34-12-108.
That such vacating does not abridge or destroy any o1' the rights and privileges of other
proprietors in said plats; and provided, further, that nothing contained in this action shall
authorize the closing or obstruction of any public highwa ys laid out according to law.
5. That the vacated lots will be combined into one description henceforth to be known upon the
public records in accordance with Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part thereof.
6. That the County Clerk is instructed to write the word "x acated" across the face of the plats
for the two vacated lots in accordance with said Statutes, Section 34-12-110.
7. That the Town of Afton approved the said vacation at its regular meeting on 14 September
2004.

that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 467 of Photostatic
Records on page 27, within Section 31, T32N P, I18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
secondarily described as follows:
