It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase
Agreement, dated the '~"~ day of August, 2004, by and between RIGOBERTO
CHAPARRO and LISA KAYE CHAPARRO, Sellers, and RANDY J. THOMPSON and
HEATHER L. THOMPSON, Tenants in Common, Purchasers, exists for the purchase
of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED "EXHIB T A" MADE PART OF THIS
DOCUMENT BY REFERENCE AND INCORPORATION
AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-way, mining or mineral reservations, of sight
or of record, legally acquired.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Said Real Estate Purchase Agreement is being held in escrow by
Bowers & Associates Law Offices, PC, Alton, Wyoming.

southwest comer thereof;

point;
thence N00°_ 17'-00"W, 165.19 feet, along a line parallel with said west line, to a point on

BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.99 acres, more or less;
