LOVETT AND LARA LOVETT, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is P.O. Box 3763, Alpine, 14Y 83128 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.'00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming by, through or under it unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 21 of Forest Meadow Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
