as joint tenants
grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Terry M. Sanders and Linda W. Sanders
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is 5205 S. Wesley Road, Salt
Lake City, UT 84117, the following described real estate situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to-wit:
Lots Thirty-Six (36), Thirty-Seven (37), Thirty-Eight
(38), Thirty-Nine (39), Forty (40 and Forty-One (41),
Unit C-1, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof,
together with all improvements, buildings and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
