Brent L. Hampton and Linda R. Hampton
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantors, for and in consideration of TEN. ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Robert Lujan and Robyn Mousley
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is 8019 So. Old Dairy Road,
Sandy, UT 84094, the following described real estate situate
in Lincoln County and. State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 69, Plat 10 Star Valley Ranch, a recorded, platted
subdivision of Lincoln County, Wyoming
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
