Nanette M. Nulsen, of 4004 Lincoln County Road No. 123, Bedford, WY 83112, upon her
oath deposes and says:
1. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to
the prowsions of W.S 34-2-123 and in connection with the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Real property described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this
reference.
2. That the names of the grantees in that certain Warramy Deed dated August 31,
1990, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 4, 1990, in Book 289
PR, page 313, conveying the above-described real property is hereby stated to be as follows:
Nanette M. Nulsen and Eric C. Nulsen, Trustees of the Nanette M. Nulsen Trust dated May 14,
1990. The correct date of the trust is May 14, 1990.
3. That her name and address are Nanette M. Nulsen, 4004 Lincoln County Road No.
123, Bedford, WY 83112.
4. That she is the surviving spouse of Eric C. Nulsen and a beneficiary of the trust
referred to, that Eric C. Nulsen aka Eric Collins Nulsen became deceased on October 31 2001,
that attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference is a certified copy of the certificate of
death of Eric C. Nulsen aka Eric Collins Nulsen, that upon the death of Eric C. Nulsen she became
the sole trustee of the Nanette M. Nulsen Trust dated May 14, 1990.
5, That as of October 31, 2001, the date of death of Eric C. Nulsen, Nanette M. Nulsen
became the sole Trustee of the Nanette M. Nulsen Trust dated May 14, 1990, including its

ownership of the real property described above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that
capacity.
6. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this statement is true and
correct according to her information and belief.

BEGINNING at a point in an existing fence line, S89°30. I'W, 1571.61 feet from
the east one-quarter comer of the said Section 10, found as described in the
Certified Land Comer Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office;
thence S00°21.7'E, 277.03 feet to a point;
thence S 12°34.6'W, 353.27 feet to a point in the east right-of-way fence line of
the Bedford-Tumerville County Road No. 12-123;
thence S75°01.8'W, 355.16 feet, along an existing fence, in part, to a point;
