NOW on the 28th day of October, 2004, the Court considered the Application for Decree
Establishing Right and Title to Property, it appearing that the facts stated in the application are not
in dispute, and finds as follows:
Wyoming:
The estate consists of the following described real property in Lincoln County,
Beginning at a point which is the common corner of the SW corner of Lot 2 and the
NW corner of Lot 3, Block 27, Afton Townsite n Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence South 7 feet, thence East 65.5 feet, thence Northeasterly 8.8 feet,
thence East 259.5 feet, thenCe North 132 feet, thence West 165 feet, thence South
66 feet, thence West 165 feet, thence South 66 feet to the place of beginning.
2. The value of the estate, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed Seventy
Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($70,000.00).
3. Thirty days or more have elapsed since the death of the decedent.
4. Pursuant to W.S. 2-5-103, 2-7-501, 2-7-507 and 2-7-508, decedent's surviving
spouse, Burma N. Skinner, is the sole distributee of the decedent's estate. There are no other
distributees of the decedent having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings.
The Court should decree decedent's interest in the described real property as follows: Burma N.
Skinner.
5. Filed With the Court is a Sworn Report of Appraisal by a person who has no legal
interest in the estate showing the value of the described real property on the date of death of the
decedent.

6. The Notice of Application for Decree Establishing Right and Title to Property dated
September 27, 2004, was duly published by the Star Valley Independent, a newspaper of general
circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, on October 7 and 14, 2004.
7. All of the requirements of W.S. 2-1-205 have been met so that the Court should
enter a decree establishing right and title to the described real property.
WHEREFORE, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed as
follows:
1. The Coud hereby establishes the right and title to the described property in and to
Burma N. Skinner.
2. A certified copy of this Decree shall be recorded in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk and shall be presumptive evidence of title to the property
