AFFIDAVIT
I, Blaine T. Harper, being'first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
1. That we are Trustees named in the Blaine T. H,.a?per and Marva S. Harper,
Trustees of the Harper Family Trust dated ~,~-c,z /,. /'~-7 ~ ,/
2. That on March 9, 1993 in Book 325PR on page 353 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Blaine T. Harper and Marva S. Harper
to Blaine T. Harper and Marva S. Harper, Trustees of the Harper Family Trust conveying the
following described land:
Lot 22 of the Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
3. The Quitclaim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not property
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122~J1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown.
