Carlisle Pump House Easement within Lot 4 of Emigrant Meadows Subdivision and Thirty (30) foot Irrigation and Utility easement". Together with all rights of ingress and egress necessary or convenient for all rights and privileges incident to said pump house easement and irrigation and utility easement including the right to inspect the easements. 0S 04Qi58 0757 The grantor hereby waives and releases all rights to said property under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may interfere with the intent of this easement for the purposes of maintaining an underground water storage tank. The irrigation and utility easement has been previously granted and reserved for the benefit of all lots in the Subdivision pursuant to the Plat and the First Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Emigrant Meadows Subdivision dated May 10, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 11, 2004 in Book 554 PR, page 826. In consideration of this Pump House Easement. grantor hereby releases the "40' x 40' Pump House Easement" depicted on the Plat of the Emigrant Meadows Subdivision and hereby states that said easement is of no further force or effect and declares that said easement is terminated.
