The irrigation and utility easement has been previously granted and reserved for the benefit of all lots in the Subdivision pursuant to the Plat and the First Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Emigrant Meadows Subdivision dated May 10, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 11, 2004 in Book 554 PR, page 826.
