KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE:SENTS, that the TRUST OF JAMES
PATRICK O'BANNON, DATED 28 SEPTEMBER, 2000, grantor of County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto THE ARCHIE D. NELSON AND
CORINE P. NELSON FAMILY TRUST, DATED 24 FEBRUARY, 2001, husband and
wife, Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to
have, in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
See attached EXHIBIT A, "DESCRIPTION FOR TRUST
OF JAMES PATRICK O'BANNON, DATED 28 SEPTEMBER,
2000, ARCHIE NELSON TRACT" attached hereto and made
part of this document by reference and incorporation as if set
forth fully herein.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Provided that the Grantee, by acceptance of this deed, and the recordation of
this deed, hereby covenants that they will not build any building structure other
than a fence on the herein described property, unless the Grantee agrees in
writing to the construction of the building.
The Grantor reserving a perpetual easement for ingress, egress and
underground utilities being 100 feet by 100 feet of the Southwest corner of the
herein described property, which connects to the easement being granted to the
Grantor by the Grantee in a separate document of this same date. This
reservation of easement is to run with the adjacent property of the Grantor, its
successors and/or assigns. The said easement to be perpetual and non-
exclusive.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

being duly sworn and upon oath represented that he was the TRUSTEE of the TRUST
OF JAMES PATRICK O'BANNON, DATED 28 SEPTEMBER, 2000 and that the
instrument was signed on behalf of the Trust by the authority of the Trustee, and that
he executed the instrument on behalf of the TRUST OF JAMES PATRICK O'BANNON,
DATED 28 SEPTEMBER, 2000, to be the free act and deed of the Trust.

All of the SW¼ of Section 12, T35N RI 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, identical with
Parcel 5 of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 455 of
Photostatic Records on page 006; AND
All of the West 81.84 feet of the SW¼SE¼ of said Section 12 being part of those tracts of
record in said Office in Book 453 of Photostatic Records on page 319 and in Book 488 of
Photostatic Records on page 521;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 161.57 acres, more or less;
RESERVING unto the grantor a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across
the South sixty (60) feet of the West 81.84 feet o£thc SW¼SE¼ of said Section 12;
SUBJECT to a perpetual easement over, under and across the west forty (40) feet of said
SW¼;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
