Rodcck and Sandra S, Rodeck Revocable Living Trust UFr/A dated August 9, 1989, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $170,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in thc office of thc County Clerk, and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on thc 22nd day of March, 1996, in Book #381 PR of Mortgages, at Page 440 and pertaining to thc following described real estate in said County, to-wit: 0571 Lot 6 of Shooting Star Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat filed July 18, 1995 as in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 364 and Instmment No. 805315. The note secured thereby and flue aforementioned debt is partially paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees to hereby release and quitclaim unto the sa. id mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
