Truchot was Mortgagor and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, lnc. was Mortgagee: ? Commencing North 90© 0' West, 473 feet and South 0© 0' East, 305 feet from the Northwest corner of the Soutlneast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4), Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, the point of beginning; thence South 0° 0' East, 110 feet; thence North 77°, 10' East, 90 feet; thence following an arc with a 70' radius with a 77° central angle for a distance of 94.7 feet on the arc; thence North 0° 0' East, 50 feet; thence South 77° 10' West, 150 feet to the point of beginning with an address of 195 Lakeview Drive, Alpine, Wyoming 83128. 3. As a result of the bids received at tine time of the Foreclosure Sale a CERTIFICATE OF SALE was issued to David Currie and Paula Currie as the result of their bid of One Hundred Twenty Four Tlnousand Sixty Eight Dollars Thirty Two Cents ($124,068.32) all as is more fully set forth in the CERTIFICATE OF SALE dated August 31, 2004 and recorded August 31, 2004 in Book 566 PR at Page 157 thereof. 4. On November 12 , 2004, less tlnan three (3) months after the foreclosure sale the undersigned received the sum of $126,584.32 on behalf of Julie N. Truchot for the benefit of David Currie and Paula Currie, which sum represents the sum of the following described amounts and which is the sum necessary to redeem the property from tlne mortgage foreclosure sale: a. Principal amount of Certificate of Sale: Interest on the principal amount from the date of sale through the date of payment at the rate of Ten Percent (10%) per annum' Co Amount of taxes and assessments, if any, paid by holder of the Certificate of Purchase: $124,068.32 2,515.00 ,0 56 do Amount of any prior lien, if any, paid by holders of the Certificate of Purchase: Total rem it ted: -0- $126,584.32 5. By virtue of the receipt of the aforesaid sum on behalf of Julie N. Truchot, Redemptionor, for the benefit'of David Currie and Paula Currie as holders of the CERTIFICATE OF SALE, and the provisions of Wyoming Statute § 1-18-103(a) the aforesaid CERTIFICATE OF SALE is now void and of no further force or effect. this ~ day of November, 2004.
