valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the F. DIAMOND IRREVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST,
Dated October ZOo , 2004, ISABELL HUNSAKER, Settlor and MICHAEL F.
HUNSAKER, LLOYD F. HUNSAKER, and SPENCER F. HUNSAKER Trustees,
grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate
situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of 'the State, to-wit:
A one-half interest in that property descri hod in Exhibit A "Description
for Isabell Hunsaker Remainder Tract" attached hereto, being made part
o f this document by incorporation and re 1~: re n c e a s i f set forth fully herein.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
