The East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89 as referred to above is described as, to wit: A line located parallel to and 75 feet East of, when measured radially thc I'ollowing described centerline of said highway right-of- way beginning on the South boundar3 and ending on the North boundary of said S 1/2S 1/2SW1/4 of said Section 6; beginning at a poim ~l' the South boundary of said S1/2S1/2SWl/4 from which the Southwest corner thereof bears Somh 89°I0'W a distance of 468 feet, more or less, said point of beginning also being located on thc ~piral arc of a 3o00, spiral curve to the right, the spiral lengths of which are 450.0 feet, thc total length of which is 1,681.1 feet, the total central angle of which is 36°56', and at which point a linc tangent to said curve bears North 37°08.8'W; thence along said spiral arc through a central :ingle of 6°40.8' a distance of 403.9 feet; thence along the circular arc of said curve through a central angle of 10o57' a distance of 365 feet more or less, to a point on the North boundary of said S I/2Si/2SWi/4. Also, a right of way Easement for thc Imrpose of maintaining an existing pipeline for culinary and stock watering purposes, over, acr{~ss, and along a two (2) rod wide tract of land, the centerline of which is described as fidloxvs, to wit: Beginning at a point which is located 40.0 feet North 0°17'W of the Southwest corner ~f Section 6, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M. Wyoming and running thence in a Northeasterly direction to the Sough edge of the approach to the surrounding propcrty I¥{m~ U.S. Highway 89 where said approach intersects the West right-of-way boundary of said LI.S. ltighway 89. This Easement being the same Easement reserved by Alan W. Lampe and Edward 13. Lampe in that certain unrecorded Real Estate Sales Agreement dated January 13, 1976 ami entered into by and between Alan W. Lampe and Edward B. Lampe as Sellers O'Niel Miles and Rhea Miles as buyers. Also, Membership Certificate Number 71 of the Osmond Pipeline Company of Afton, Wyoming. Also, all irrigation rights pertaining t{~ said land from the Dry Creek Irrigation Company. Together with all rights, privileges, casements, rights-of-way, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining thereto.
