To Whom It May Concern:
It is hereby made of public record that a Rctt/F~xl~tte Purchase Agreement, dated
the // day of ~od~/,q ~-t~- 2004, b3 and between Patricia A. Mertens,
SELLER, and David H. Thoman, BUYER, exists lbr the purchase of the following
described real property situate in the County of Lincolt~. State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Section 6, T 26 N, R 11~ W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming and being part of Lincoln Count3 Lot 19 as shown on the Lincoln
County Metes and Bounds Plat No. 2, and being the westerly 213 feet of the
Wilbur L. Barry and Gloria B. Barry parcel ~t, recorded in Book 92PR on Page 57
(said parcel recorded in Book 92PR on Paget 57 encompasses Lots 1 through 5
and 28 through 32 of Block 5; and Lots I tlm~ugh 5 and 28 through 32 of Block 4
of the Second Addition to the Town of Lallm'ge, formerly Tulsa) on file in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmcrer, Wyoming and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest comer ol' l.incoln County Lot 19, said point
also being a point on the centerline of East l:ourth Avenue of the Town of
LaBarge, Wyoming and a point on the I!ast right-of-way boundary of U. S.
Highway 189, where is found a railroad spike with a center punch mark; thence S
0° 13' 04" W, along the East boundary linc of [J. S. Highway 189, said line also
being the Westerly boundary line of Lincoln Co tmty Lot 19, a distance of 184.92
feet to the Northwest comer of the Alleman Third Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, Wyoming, where is found a 3" diameter aluminum cap on a 2½
aluminum pipe stamped CCI PE&LS 574 NW corner Alleman 3; thence S 89° 45'
17" E, along the North boundary line of said Alleman Third Addition, said line
also being the South boundary line of the :-;aid Wilbur L. Barry and Gloria B.
Barry parcel recorded in Book 92Pr on Page 57, a distance of 213.00 feet to a
point where is found a rebar with an aluminum cap stamped CCI PE&LS 574;
thence N 0° 13' 04" E, a distance of 185.03 /bet to a point on the North boundary
line of Lincoln County Lot 19 and being a point on the center line of said East
Fourth Avenue, where is found a rebar with an aluminum cap stamped PE&LS
574; thence N 89° 47' 29" W, along said North boundary line of Lincoln County
Lot 19 and the center line of East Fourth Avenue, a distance of 213.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
