JENKINS REVOCABLE TRUST, dated March 18, 1992, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby ackn©wledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to LARRY B. JENKINS and SHIRLEY JENKINS, husband and wife, tenants by entireties, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-w~u: COMMENCING at a point forty (40) rods East from the Northwest corner of Lot one (1) of Section 33 Township 35 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Cou~]ty, Wyoming; thence South forty-nine (49) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods; thence South twenty (20) rods; thence East twen5y (20) rods; thence South to the South boundary of the Northeast qu~r~[er (NE~) of said Section 33; thence East to the Southeast 'corner of said quarter section; thence North to the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE~NE%); thence West to the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter oi the Northeast quarter (NE¼NE~); thence North eleven and one-half (11.5) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods, thence North sixty-eight and one-half .~(68.5) .r°ds;'. thence West to the point of beginning.
