KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certai n mortgage bearing the date of April 23,
2004 executed by, John C. Erickson and Betty J. Erickson, husband and wife as tenants by the
entireties, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $112,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 3rd day of May 2004 in
Book 554PR of Mortgages, at Page 044 as document number 898937 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgagcd.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this/[ ¢/* day of
