a single woman; Patricia B. Wilkinson, f/k/a Patricia B. Mills, a married woman dealing in
her sole and separate property; Robert W. Brown and Cynthia S. Brown, husband and
wife; Timothy S. Curry and Helen B. Curry, husband and wife, and Virginia L. Evans, f/k/a
Virginia L. Brown, a married woman dealing in her sole and separate property, Grantors,
whose address is P.O. Drawer 5059, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, for and in consideration
ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, convey
and warrant to Lincoln County School District #2, whose address is, P.O. Box 9002. Afton,
Wyoming 83110, Grantee, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described in attached Exhibit "A".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state. This Warranty Deed may be executed in two or more original
counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute
one and the same instrument.
Subject to all easements, reservations and assessments of record.
