the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within thc 5E%NW~A, NE~ASW~A and NW~ASE~A of
Section 4, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the B.L.M. type monument marking thc Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991 for
the location for the Southwest corner of the SW~A NE ~ of said Section 4;
thence N 89°08'01.' E, along the south line of said SW~ANE~A, 84.78 feet to the iron
pipe marking the northwest corner of the B(~rdcn property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 301PR on page 3, with said Office;
thence Southerly, along the west line of said Borden property the following:
S 22047, 17" E, 135.22 to an iron pipe, S 9" 26'39" E, 96.44 feet to an iron pipe,
S 0°53'48" W, 266.21 feet to an iron pipe marking the southwest corner of said
Borden property;
thence N 89° 14'35" W, 30.00 feet to an aluminum c:tp on iron pipe;
thence N 77048'39'. W, 357.57 feet to an aluminum cap on iron pipe;
thence N 7o29'29.' W, 603.28 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 79°52'34" E, 266.49 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 87033'23'. E, 50.86 feet to an aluminum cap on iron pipe marking a point in
the west line of said SW~ANE~A, said point also being the south corner of the
Borden property as referred to in the Deed rccm'ded in Book 403PR on page 780
with said office;
thence S l°33'04" W, along said west line, 140.38 fc~t, to the point of beginning.
Containing 5.172 acres, more or less.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement 60 feet in width along the easterly boundary for
ingress, egress and utilities and being westerly and s(mtherly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Northeast corenr of the above described property; thence S 1 °33'04" W, 140.38
feet; thence N 88o41'33'' E, 52.28 feet to the North cml of the easement described in Warranty
Deed recorded September 10, 1991 in Book 301PR tm page 3 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk. Said easement for ingress and egress to and from Grantors reamaining land.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
