83127, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. CONVEY AND WARRANT to
HOWARD McKIM and MARTHA McKIM, husband ',tnd wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantees, of P.O. Box 277, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and their heirs and assigns, the following
described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln..~tzttt: oC Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming:

Beginning at a point 114 rods 11 feet \Vcxt and 72 rods 9 feet North of the East
Quarter (El/4) corner of Section 23, Township 34 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, thence running West 8 rods 1 lbot, thence North 30 rods 7 1/2 feet,
thence East 8 rods 1 foot, thence South 30 rod~ '7 1/2 l'cet to the point of beginning and
containing 1 1/2 acres, more or less, together with all improVements, appurtenances and
water rights appertaining thereto.

Beginning at a point 122 rods 12 feet xvcsl and 73 rods 5 1/2 feet North of the
Southeast Comer of the Southeast Quarter of thc Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of
Section 23, Township 34 North, Range 119 \Vest, of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence West 14 rods 5 feet; thence North 29 rods 11 1/2 feet; thence East 14 rods
5 feet; thence South 29 rods 11 1/2 feet to the ptfint of beginning and containing 1.52
acres.

Beginning at a point which is approximatcl3 114 rods 11 feet West and 73 rods 5
feet North of the East One-Quarter comer of S¢ctitm 23, Township 34 North, Range 119
West, of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, said beginnin~ point being the Southeast Corner of the
Howard V~ McKim tract (deed recorded October I, 1956, in Book 18 PR at Page 431),
and running thence South approximately 66 feet t{) the North boundary of land owned by
the Lincoln County School District No. 2 (deed recorded February 19, 1962, in Book 53
PR at Page 175, Recording No. 366614), thence West, along said North boundary,
approximately 8 rods 1 foot to the Northwest ('omer of said School District No. 2
property, thence North approximately 66 feet to l l~c South boundary of the said Howard
V. McKim property, thence East approximately 8 rods I foot to the point of beginning.
Excepting and reserving unto the Grantt~rs ol' that deed recorded November 12,
1980 in Book 170 PR at Page 174, Recording N~. 548404, between Jim W. Stoker and
Julie N. Stoker, Grantors, and Howard V. McKim zt~cl Martha V. McKim, Grantees, and
their heirs, successors and assigns, a right-of-xx~y casement over, across and along the
existing roadway through the above-described tract, 12 1/2 feet each side of the centerline
of said roadway, for ingress and egress by Gr:mt~n's, and their heirs, successors and
assigns, from the city street to contiguous property on the East owned by the Grantors,
said right-of way to be shared with the Grantees, ~ttl their heirs, successors and assigns.
