KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that 'HOWARD McKIM and
MARTHA McKIM, husband and wife, as tenants by thc entireties, of P.O. Box 277, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, Grantors, for and in consideration of q'cn l)ollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is herchy acknowledged, hereby convey and
quitclaim unto CHARLES H. DANA and ELAINE H. I)ANA, TRUSTEES of the Charles H.
Dana Revocable Trust dated August 8, 1990, of P.O. llox 297, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
Grantees, and their successors and assigns, all such right, ii tlc, and interest, property, possession,
claim and demand as they have or ought to have in or to all of the following described premises
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the NE1/4 of Section 23, T3-1N, R119W, within the Incorporated
Limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln Counly in Book 18 PR on Page 431, in Book
68 PR on Page 485, and in Book 357 PR on Pages 617 and 618, more particularly
described on the attached "Description for Charles 1t. Dana Revocable Trust dated 8
August 1990 - VanNoy Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under a~M y virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
