WHEREAS, Stephen G. Hoffine, Jr. and Annette Green, a single
man and a single woman, as mortgagor(s), m~rt!.jaged to Wells Fargo Home
Mortgage InNorwest Mortgage, Inc., as mortgag~.,~., the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated Nove~fl:~er 23, 1999 (the "Mortqaqe"),
and duly recorded in the records of the office of tt~e County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, ShIre of Wyoming, on November
24, 1999, in/as Book 438 at Page 703.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being i~ default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyomino, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc., acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to adv~-.~tise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on July 13 2004, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of tl)e Lincoln County Courthouse,
in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. ("Successful
Bidder") made the highest and best bid for th~ hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $158,000.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 13, 2004 ("Sale Date"); and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the underskj~,ed Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful P,i~lder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 13, 2004, in/as Book 561 PR al Page 664;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 30, 2004 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register ~f Deeds in and for Lincoln

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the Stale of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRAN-I-FD, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the followimj described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot No. 5, Three Rivers Meadows Estates Subdivision
"A", Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of the
SWl/4 SWl/4 and NWI/4SW1/4 of Section 28,
T37N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming
