Sanchez, Individually and Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for anct in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Michael Ray Sanchez Revocable Trust, dated November 23, 2004, Michael Ray Sanchez, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1089, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: The property as described in Exhibit "A~' attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands. With respect to W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and warrants that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 23rd day of November, 2004, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes. SANCIIEZ, a Single Person grantees, whose addressis ?.0. BOx 10,q!), Alton, .TdY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln Ct)unty and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion of the .NE~SW~ of Section 9, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming located west of Crow Creek County Road 12-141 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on a 971.186 foot radius curve in the center line of the Crow Creek Lincoln County Road 12-i41, said point being N 13051'27'' W, 1585.31 feet from the South Quarter corner of said Section 9, and also southerly along said curve an arc distance of 288.27 feet through a central angle of 17000'24'' from the north end of said curve, (PC station 38 +69.03); thence running S 89o45' W, along the north linc and the easterly and westerly prolongation of the property described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 234PR on page 98 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, 336.81 feet; thence North 380.90 feet; thence N 89°58'08'' E, 371.97 feet to said center line of said county road; thence S 11°41'15'. W, along last said center line 94.83 feet to said north end of said 971.186 foot radius curve; thence running southerly along last said curve through a central angle of 17000'24" an arc distance of 288.27 fo'ct to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
