Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

Sulphur Company, a point on a meander of the center line of the road known as

County Road, and also along the land of Weldon A. Dimond; South 82022' East,
3.19 chains; North 75001' East, 4.66 chains; thence North 48043' East, 5.98
chains; thence North 59043' East, 3.19 chains; North 67040' East, 6.95 chains, to
