KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 30,
2004 executed by, Ronald D. Snodgrass and Carla J. Snodgrass, husband and wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $15,000.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9th day of April, 2004 in Book 552PR of Mortgages, at
Page 002 as document number 898375 and pertaining to thc ~bllowing described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned dcb~ is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused'the Release of Real Estate
