The real property which is the subject of this WARRA N'I'Y DEED is situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described ~ts lbllows:
Lot 61 l-C, Lakeview Estates Subdivision according t~) ~hat plat of record in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Furthermore, Grantors hereby waive any and all rights that they may have in the
aforementioned property by virtue of, or arising under tho homestead laws of the State of
Wyoming.
