KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESEN'fS that DARREL C. HOFFMAN and
SUE B. HOFFMAN, husband and wife as TENANTS 1N ('()MMON, of 8475 Centennial Drive,
Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, 83001, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantors", for
ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable con:;idcration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT:
· an undivided one/half (½) interest as a TENAN 1' IN COMMON to DARREL C.
HOFFMAN and SUE B. HOFFMAN, Trustees, ami their successors in trust, under
the DARREL C. HOFFMAN LIVING TRUST, dated November 3, 2000, and any
amendments thereto, of 8475 Centennial Drive..lac\son, Teton County, Wyoming,
83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"; and
an undivided one/half (½) interest as a TENANT IN COMMON to SUE B.
HOFFMAN and DARREL C. HOFFMAN, Trustees, and their successors in trust,
under the SUE B. HOFFMAN LIVING TRUST. &dod November 3, 2000, and any
amendments thereto, of 8475 Centennial Drive, Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming,
83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
The real property which is the subject of this WARRAN'I'Y DEED is situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly descri bcd ;~.s lbllows:
Lot 61 l-C, Lakeview Estates Subdivision according tt~ that plat of record in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln, County, Wyoming.
Furthermore, Grantors hereby waive any and all rights that they may have in the
aforementioned property by virtue of, or arising undcr linc homestead laws of the State of
Wyoming.
