P.O. Box 172, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, Grantees, and their successors and assigns forever, the

waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue ,,l' thc homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:
Those lands described in the Warranty Dccd that was recorded in the land records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 572 PR ;~t l~agcs 793 and 794 on November 17,
2004 as Instrument No. 904647, a copy of xvhid~ i~ attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights~of-way of record or in use.
