KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of September
6, 2000, made and executed by M Lee Schwab and Terri L Schwab, husband and wife, as
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying alien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $76,810.57 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register-of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 8°i day of September; 2000, in Book #451 PR of Mortgages, At Page 679 as
document number 868205 and pertaining'to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this day of
