HomeMy WebLinkAbout905238· 0695 WORK ORDER//18146 Section 34, T36N, RI 19W ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION E .t S Eh lENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That I, the undersigned, Kathleen Charles, ("Grantor") fei' it good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Aflon and Jackson, \Vyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and fight of way fi)r the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the eleclric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained ~,~Mer, upon and across the premises of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, along a linc described as follows, to wit: BEING a part of the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 34, T36N, R1 It)W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 904.11 feet North and 41.92 feel West of the SE Corner of Section, 34, known as Point "A"; Thence S 1° 38'57" W, 179 feet to a point on the West R-¢)-\V line of US Highway 89. This portion of easement to include a strip of land 20 feet in ~ idlh running parallel with said R-O-W line of US Highway 89. Returning to Point "A". Thence N 89° 07'12" W, 1,151.48 feet to a point. This porlion el' easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said fac il iii cs and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions i~tcrfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges tha~ Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the transmission or distribution of c Icc tr~c i ty, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is ax'ai lable upon request from the Grantee... This Easement by Grantor is intended to include so much sp:tcc as is necessary or appropriate to the presence of EMF and reasonable operation of the Grantee's transmi ss~on or distribution lines. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed cn the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
