Thence S 71 °W, 244 feet to a point. Thence N 62°W, 112 feet toa point. Thence S 81 °W, 208 feet to a Iransformer location. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields t liMF) are naturally occurring in the transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee 1~:~ here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. th~s Easement by Grantor is intended to include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the prc~ct~cc of EMF and reasonable operation of the Grantee's distribution lines. Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilitie'ff,'~nstallcd on or under the described lands shall remain the property of the Grantee removable in the sole discrm,,~ of the Grantee at the Grantee's expense.
