BEGINNING at a point being the SW troy. er of said lot 72;
Thence N 50°E. 162 feet to a transformer location.

and information is available upon request fi.om the Grantee. This Easement by

the Orantee's distribution lines.
Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilities, installed on or under thc dcscribcd lan¢is ah ;11

Each party shall have the remedy of specific performance n."garding this easem~-m The rights a4d
obligations described in this easement shall run with Ibc land. This easement is not c.,:clusive, and Gran ar
retains all fights, not ~pecifieally granted by this easement. This is the entire ag~c,:mcnt cE the part
