right of way for thc construction and continued maintenance, rep,sir, alteration and replacement of

as follows:
BEGLNNING S 00°11 '05"W, 1094.41 feet, N 78°39'36"E, 882.4 ~ l~el fi'om the Northwest comer of said
Lot 3.
Thence N 08°00'20'~31, 158 feet to a transformer location.
RIGHT-OF-WAY Width 10 feet on each side of described lhie t{ sctl~er with all necessary and reasonable

The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields. (EMI:) are naturally occurring in the
transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee ha~ here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request fi.om the Grantee. This Easement by Grantor is intended t~
include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the prcsc~cc of EMF and reasonable operation cf
the Grantee's distribution lines.

retains all fights not specifically granted by this easement. Th:s ~s the enure agreement of the parties
regarding this easement, except as may be set forth in writing after the date of this easem~t and signed bg
the parties. Grantor hereby releases and waives all fights by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
Wyoming.
