The undersigned, having been duly sworn, hereh~ tlc poses and says as follows:
1. That my name is Nancy Blakley, and I am currently employed as a title officer by
Reliable Title & Escrow, and my job responsibilities include title searches and examinations.
2. That the following described property was conx cycd to JOHN: LEGARRA,
RAMONA VANCE, STANLEY LEGARRA and ROBI!KI I~EGARRA, in that Warranty Deed
which appears of record in Book 256PR at Page 195, No 679881, and recorded October 22,
1987, records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. See. Exhibit _ t ~tttctched hereto and made apart
hereof by this Reference.
3. That there is a typographical error in the leg~tl t lcscription in said Warranty Deed.
4. That the correct legal description in that Wan'ant~ Deed appearing of record in Book
256PR at Page 195, No. 679881, and recorded October 22, 1987, records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming should now be described as follows:
The Easterly Fifty-Four Feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5 o1' thc Original Townsite of the Town of
Kemmerer, Wyoming, more particularly described as fifl lux~ s, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1, ~n ~l~c intersection of the Westerly side of
the alley of Block 1 and the Northerly side of Pearl Strecl. H~cnce South 63026, West 54.00 feet;
thence North 26o34' West 100.00 feet; thence North 63~26' East 54.00 feet; thence South 26o34,
East 100.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING; containing 5-100 square feet.
Subject to all existing easements, reservations, and righl-ul'-ways now of record in the office of
the County Clerk of Lincoln County.
Excepting and reserving unto Grantor, herein, an easemcm and right-of-way over, upon and
across the Northeasterly portion of the said Lot 2 of Blacl, 5, and ~nore particularly being
described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the Northca~lcrly corner of said Lot 2, thence
Westerly along the said Northerly boundary line of said I.ot a distance of 54 feet, thence
Southwesterly a distance of 12 feet to a point, thence Easlcrly at right angles a distance of 54 feet
to the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 2, thence Norlhcrl5 along said boundary line of said Lot

purpose of permitting the Grantor herein to make coal dc liveries to the property of Grantor which
is located on said Lots I and 2 of said Block 5. Said eascmcm and right-of-way shall remain in
full force and effect for so long as Grantor requires the same for such coal deliveries.
