HomeMy WebLinkAbout905340SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by BRENDA GILES CARLSON to Mortgage Electronic Registration Syslcms, Inc. bearing date 11/09/2000, recorded 11/13/2000 in Official Records Book 455, Page 535, Document No. 869665 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $84,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in thc office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
