NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richard J. Mulligan of 350 E.
Broadway, Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, claims a lien for services
rendered to Sandra Turley of P.O. Box 3227, Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, on any judgment rendered in the case for Sandra Turley. The
lien arose in connection with Richard J. Mulligan's representation of
Sandr~Turley in the matter of Turley v. Turley, Civil Action No. 11485 in
the District Court of the Third Judicial District, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming. The recovery to which Richard J. Mulligan's lien attaches
may be described as follows: money due Sandra Turley from the sale of
the James Turley and Sandra Turley marital residence located at 1356
County Road, Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
A portion of the Deed referred to and recorded in Book 422PR, on
Page 504 and the property referred to and recorded in Book 446PR,
on Page 95, within the S1/2SW1/4 of Section 34, T36N, R119W, of
the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Marlowe A.
$cherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Southeast Corner of the
SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 34; thence N89°04'27"W, along the
South line of said SWSWl/4SWl/4, 465.00 feet; thence
N2°27'31"W 528.73 feet; thence NTl°24'55"W 856.99 feet to a
point in the West line of said SW1/4SW1/4; thence N2°14'57"E,
along said West line, 535.18 feet to the B.L.M. type Monument
marking the Scott A. Scherbel PLS 3889, 1990 location for the
Northwest Corner of said SWl/4SW1/4; thence S88°54'35'E,
along the North line of said SW1/4SW1/4, 914.96 feet; thence
Sl1°53'40'E 655.22 feet; thence S88°27'26'E 72.22 feet; thence
S0°07'15"W 43.72 feet; thence S89°09'21"E 188.44 feet to a point
in the Center Line of the Roberts - Wolfey County Road 12-109
Right-of-Way; thence, Southeasterly, along said Center Line, the
following: Southeasterly, along a 2058.00 foot Radius Curve to the
Left through a central angle of 5°13'53", an arc distance of 187.90
feet; thence S8°43'50'E, 320.18 feet; thence Southeasterly, along a
630.00 foot Radius Curve to the Left, through a central angle of
12°48'13'', an arc distance of 140.78 feet to a point in the South
line of said S1/2SWl/4; thence N89°04'27"W, along said South
line, 136.75 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 23.464
Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30 foot Right-of-Way Easement, along the East
line of the above described Parcel, being Roberts - Wolfley County
Road 12-109, as referred to in the Right-of-Way Easement recorded
in Book 225PR, on 442 R/W and the Affidavit recorded in Book
213PR, on Page 33, also
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 30 foot Right-of-Way
Easement along the South line of the above described Parcel for
Ingress, Egress and Utilities, also
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or
record.
Richard d. Mulligan's claim is for legal fees and costs due him in
the sum of Eleven Thousand, Seven Hundred, Forty-One Dollars and
Ninety-Two/100 ($11,741.92) per the attached billing statements.
