and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The property as described on Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH any and all of Grantors interest in and to the following
described right-of-ways:
That certain Right-of-Way Easement dated May 3, 1983, from
Michael S. Garvis and Muriel M. Garvis, husband and wife,
Grantors, to Quinn L. Sessions and DeNece L. Sessions,
husband and wife, Grantees, recorded August 23, 1983, in
Book 204PR page 459 in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, State of Wyoming.
That certain Right-of-Way Easement dated May 25, 1983, from
Eugene J. Corson and Nancy Corson, husband and wife,
Grantors, to Quinn L. Sessions and DeNece L. Sessions,
husband and wife, Grantees, recorded September 13, 1983,
in Book 205PR page 175 in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, State of Wyoming.
That certain Right-of-Way Easement dated September 22,
1983, from Bud Rich, also known as Budd M. Rich, and Jean
W. Rich, husband and wife, Grantors, to Glen Elmo Rich and
Norma L. Rich, husband and wife, to Quinn L. Sessions and
DeNece L. Sessions, husband and wife, Grantees, recorded
September 30, 1983, in Book 205PR page 554 in the Office of
the Lincoln County ·,' . State of Wyoming.
