The Grantor, in consideration for Ten Dollars ($10.00) receipt of which is
acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim and convey to the Grantee, and to
his successors and assigns all of the Grantor's interest in and to all oil, gas, coal, gravel, fissionable
materials and any other kind of mineral and mineral rights owned by Grantor, in and under the
following described land, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:

Containing 120 acres more or less.

It is understood between the parties hereto that this transfer is subject to any existing
