Kaylene Dillon aka Kaylene Coates Dillon, of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor,
in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Coy E. Clark and Rona K.
Clark, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box 3104, Alpine, WY
83128, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
Parcel 1
A tract of land lying in the NEll4, Section 23, T36N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the south boundary of an existing road and lying N0°34'33"W,
4082.51 feet from the S1/4 corner of said Section 23; thence N57°01'20"E, 466.0 feet;
thence N52°34'40"E, 1492.20 feet; thence N87°25'06"W, 534.66 feet; thence
N78°22'38"W, 261.45 feet; thence S82°36'20"E, 256.56 feet to the point of beginning,
said point lying S51°30'30"W, 29.90 feet from the NE corner of said Section 23; thence
S2°45'05"E, 90.0 feet; thence S87°14'55"W, 90.0 feet; thence N2°45'05"W, 90.0 feet;
thence N87°14'55"E, 90.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 0.186
acres, more or less, and being subject to any easements, rights of way, mining or mineral
reservations that have been legally acquired. Each corner being monumented with a 5/8"
diameter steel reinforcing bar with Surv-Kaps inscribed "Nelson Engineering, PE & LS
578".
Basis of bearing being N0°34'33"W from the Sl/4 corner to the Nl/4 corner of said
Section 23.
Parcel 2
That part of the NE1/4 of Section 23, T36N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
consisting of 1.000 acre, more or less, described on the Exhibit "A" dated 9/4/87
prepared by Nelson Engineering, attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof, referred to therein as Suggested Legal description for Mrs. Olga
Coates.
Parcel 3
A tract of land lying in the NEll4, Section 23, T36N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:

Said tract contains 0.314 acres, more or less, and is subject to any easements,
rights of way, mining or mineral reservations, of sight or of record, legally acquired.
The Easterly boundary of said tract is monumented with 5/8" diameter by 16" long
steel reinforcing bars with Surv-Kaps inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE & LS 578".
The basis of bearing for this description is N0°34'33"W from the South 1/4 corner
to the North 1/4 corner of said Section 23.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
