Grantee;
WITNESSETH: '
The Granto. r, in consideration for Ten Dollars ($10.00) receipt of which is
aclmowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim and convey to the Grantee, and to
his successors and assigns, as to an undivided one-half(V2) interest of all ofGrantor's interest in and
· and to all oil, gas, coal, gravel, fissionable materials and any other kind of mineral and mineral rights
oWned by Grantor, in and under the following described land, situate in the County of Linc01n, State
of Wyoming, to wit:
N½NE¼, SW¼NE¼, NW¼, N½SW¼, SE¼SW¼, W½SE¼ and
SE¼, Section 20; and NW¼NW¼, S½NW¼, SW¼, SW¼NE¼ and
W½SE¼, Section 28; and E½E½ Section 32, all in Township 20
North, Range 112 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming.
It is understood between the parties hereto that this transfer is subject to any existing
mineral leases.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set her hand the day and year
