PURCHASE AGREEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase
Agreement, dated the I'-~~ day of November, 2004, by and between MARLOWE
A. SCHERBEL and CONNIE M. SCHERBEL Seller, and MARK R. WATKINS and
TAMALU H. WATKINS, husband and wife, Purchaser, exists for the purchase of the
following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 7 of Happy Valley Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof, as filed in the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk for the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-waY, mining or mineral reservations, of sight
or of record, legally acquired.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Said Real Estate Purchase Agreement is being held in escrow by the
BOWERS & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES, PC, Aflon, Wyoming.
