Smith, a single man, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to. Major Mortgage, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated November 29, 1999 (the "Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 6, 1999, in/as Book .439PR at Page 123. The mortgage and note secured therebY were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. Assignment dated: November 29, 1999 Assignment recorded: February 7, 2000 Assignment recording information: Book 441 PR at Page 267 All in the records of the County Cler.k and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of s'a-l~ contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real propertY on August 31, 2004, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $96,497.68, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 31, 2004 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 31, 2004, in/as Book 0566 at Page 0150; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated October 18, 2004 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 6th day of ,Januaz:y , 2005, in/as WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot 6 of the Hialeah Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof with an address of 164 Hialeah County R ,~ad 405, Afton, WY 83110 Sheriff's Deed Smith 21309-1263 [04-7688F] Page I of 2 \\ProLaw\prolaw\documents~27854.doc Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
