Butler and Amy Butler Husband and Wife Grantees, whose mailing address is 1321 4th West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit: Lot 10 and part of Lot 11 of Block 54 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, LinColn County, Wyoming as described on the officia plat thereof. That part of Lot 11 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of said Block 54, said point also being the Southwesterly corner of Lot 11 of said Block 54; thence N26°34'W along the lot ine between said lots 11 and 10 of said Block 54, 140.00 feet; thence N63°26'E, 1.05'feet; thence S26°34'E, 140.00 feet; thence S63°26'W, 1.05 feet to the point of beginning together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in use.
